CAMAS / SERVICES AND SUPPORT

From a first question
to a clear project plan.

Machinery support begins with your part drawing and production requirements. First, define the working range and tooling. Then agree the machine, electrical and delivery scope in your quotation.

01

Equipment selection

Start with a representative part and the most demanding part in your range. Compare each operation with the published limits and identify the geometry that needs a configuration review.

Material · dimensions · process sequence
02

Tools and configuration

Itemize blades, cutters, punches, dies, gauges and supports. Separate standard inclusions from requested options, and record the electrical and control requirements.

Tool list · inclusions and options · utilities
03

Quotation and delivery scope

Bring the model version, quantity, packing requirements and destination into the written quotation. Identify delivery terms, scheduling and inspection arrangements that still need agreement.

Model version · packing · delivery terms
04

Installation and training scope

Discuss workshop access, unloading, utilities and operator documentation. Agree whether installation or training is needed, how it will be provided and which responsibilities belong to each party.

Site readiness · documentation · responsibilities
05

Warranty and parts coordination

Ask for written warranty terms, exclusions and a service contact route. Identify the machine and component when discussing replacement tools or parts; confirm availability and supply terms for the requested item.

Written terms · component identification · parts scope
06

Dealer project planning

Define the customer segments and initial model range. Discuss product materials, local electrical and control requirements, and the division of sales, training and support responsibilities.

Starting range · local requirements · support roles
CLEAR FROM THE START

Agree the scope.
Plan with confidence.

A comparable quotation names the equipment and the responsibilities around it.

  • Machine model, version and quantity
  • Included tools, accessories and optional items
  • Voltage, phase, frequency and control requirements
  • Packing, destination and delivery terms
  • Warranty, installation, training and parts responsibilities

Review the model and supplied version, included and optional tooling, electrical supply, packing and delivery terms. Record warranty conditions, installation and training arrangements, documentation and spare-parts responsibilities as separate items. Items not yet agreed should remain visible in the quotation.
