Busbar bending machines
for formed connections.
Choose dedicated bending equipment for copper and aluminum connections. Review CNC bending centers and double-head forming equipment against the complete shape of your busbar.
Start with your material, dimensions and drawing. We can help define the configuration.

operation and setup
Bend geometry
Include flat or edge bends, offsets, radii and the clearance around existing bends.
Workpiece support
Review gauge travel, part length and loading space for the complete component.
Forming method
Compare dedicated CNC bending with double-head forming for repeated connection-bar ends.

Dimensions with different meanings are listed separately. Tool specifications retain their published field labels; a dash means that field is not published for the model. Axis travel is a machine stroke, not the guaranteed effective machining length — confirm the working range for your part, angle and clamping in the quotation.
Configuration, tooling
and quotation questions
Machine price is one part of the decision. Review the working range, tooling and support scope together.
Do I need a dedicated bender or a 3-in-1 machine?
A dedicated bender focuses on forming. If your workshop also needs cutting and punching at one workstation, compare the 3-in-1 range alongside your part volume and handling requirements.
Can I request a particular bend shape?
Send the finished drawing with material and dimensions. The tooling and available machine geometry must be checked for that shape before the configuration is quoted.
What information helps CAMAS prepare a quote?
Share the material, largest workpiece, finished drawing, expected quantity, electrical supply and delivery country. If a detail is undecided, explain what you need to produce.
