Check the layout
Machine delivery and installation need workshop preparation. First, confirm access, handling and electrical supply. Then review the agreed installation, training and tooling responsibilities.
Confirm utilities
Match voltage, phase and frequency to the delivered configuration. Check compressed-air requirements where applicable and prepare the agreed utility connections.
Plan receiving and unloading
Use the final packing dimensions and weight to arrange transport, access and lifting equipment. Follow the equipment instructions and local site procedures.
Agree the support scope
Record the agreed installation, training, documentation and spare-parts arrangements in the quotation. Keep the machine identification and operating information available for support.
Use the model-specific dimensions for site planning
The NC.40Z-2000 publishes machine dimensions of 4,300 × 1,450 × 1,850 mm (L × W × H) and a weight of 2,700 kg. These are machine figures, not final shipping-crate dimensions or a complete working-space layout.
-
Obtain the agreed packing dimensions, packed weight and receiving requirements for the ordered configuration.
-
Plan stock handling, access and utilities using the final layout and documentation; the machine footprint does not include all operating space.
-
Record who provides unloading, installation, training and any site work in the quotation.
Use this example to frame your inquiry. Confirm the finished drawing, machine configuration and tools before selecting equipment.
