EQUIPMENT COMPARISON

Standard vs Servo Busbar Machines

Servo busbar machines change how positioning works. However, the complete production cycle still includes stock handling, tooling and operator checks. Compare these steps together.

01

The same size can serve different workflows

The 50-3NC and 50-3NC PRO share a published 16 × 250 mm range. The PRO adds four servo positioning axes. The choice depends on positioning needs and the repetition of dimensions.

02

Locate the workpiece

The PRO provides positioning assistance at the cutting, punching and bending stations. Review the gauge contact and part support for your own components.

03

Review the full cycle

Include loading, positioning, cutting, punching, transfer, bending and inspection. Positioning motion alone does not describe finished parts per hour.

04

Use a repeat job for comparison

Compare the alternatives with the same drawing, material, tooling and quantity. This makes the practical difference easier to assess.

ILLUSTRATIVE SELECTION EXAMPLE

Compare one repeated connection drawing

Both the 50-3NC and 50-3NC PRO publish a 16 × 250 mm headline range. For a drawing with repeated cut lengths and hole coordinates, review the PRO’s cutting, punching and bending positioning references alongside the standard machine’s workpiece handling.

  • Use the same material, drawing revision, hole sizes, tools and bend sequence for both configurations.
  • Record loading, positioning, station transfer and inspection in the comparison; no parts-per-hour gain is established by the axis count alone.
  • Keep capacity, positioning and tool-package differences in separate rows of the quotation comparison.

Use this example to frame your inquiry. Confirm the finished drawing, machine configuration and tools before selecting equipment.

Published ranges support initial selection. Positioning assistance does not replace loading, transfer and support work — compare both configurations against one of your repeat jobs.
