Published machine configuration
Servo positioning across cutting, punching and bending for repeat dimensions.
CAMAS 50-3NC PRO
The 50-3NC PRO is part of the CAMAS busbar equipment range. Servo positioning across cutting, punching and bending for repeat dimensions.
Final configuration and tooling are matched to your application.
Servo positioning across cutting, punching and bending for repeat dimensions.
The published PRO configuration uses four positioning axes for cutting, punching and bending references. Operators still load, transfer and support the workpieces. Compare a complete repeated job and the separate positioning travels in the specification table.

Itemize punches and dies, cutting blades and bending tools. Specify hole shapes, radii, flat or edge bends and the complete formed-part clearance.
State voltage, phase and frequency, control requirements and destination. Ask the quotation to distinguish included equipment, options, packing, documentation and installation or training arrangements.
For a machine review, include the sample operation, critical feature and finish you want to check. Ask CAMAS for model-specific footage or sample details when requesting your configuration.
Servo axes assist positioning. They do not by themselves automate loading, transfer between stations or finished-part handling. Review those steps using your actual drawing and part mix.
Send the finished-part drawing, material, dimensions and quantity. Review tooling access, working capacity and handling together before selecting the configuration.
The agreed quotation defines the supplied blades, dies, cutters, gauges and accessories. Include your required holes, angles and features so the tool package can be itemized.
Include voltage, phase and frequency in your inquiry. Electrical variations and control requirements should be confirmed for the specific configuration.
Delivery timing, packing, installation, training and spare-parts scope are agreed for the project. Share the destination and your site requirements when requesting a quotation.
Share your material, part dimensions and target output. We can help you shortlist the right machine and tooling for your process.
